SALON POLICIES

Appointment Booking & Walk-in Policy

We strive to provide an exceptional standard of beauty care. To achieve this, we have created a set of salon polices that ensure respect of everyone involved. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy listed below. We recommend booking appointments online, via phone or in person. Ideally, we suggest the method of pre-booking multiple appointments out due to our volume of bookings and requests. Please know that we do our very best to accommodate, but at times our wait times may be longer than expected. Therefore, walk-ins are ALWAYS welcome but may not be able to be seen on the time of the walk-in.

 

Purchase Policy & Gratuities

The Chique Collective gladly accepts Cash, Discover, Amex, Visa, and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Zelle. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards. Please use our tipping QR codes for Venmo, or of course, cash, for your convenience. Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. Our service providers appreciate you thanking them for the service they provided. GRATUITIES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

All packages expire 1 year after the purchase date and prices are subject to change without notice. ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. All packages are non refundable. 


*Your Salon Experience is important to us.
The service provider will discuss the final cost of your service before he/she begins the service and during the consultation. Service fees may be different based on the listed prices due to different results asked for by the client or complex layering of services to achieve the final result. THIS COULD HAPPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SERVICE. The responsibility of understanding the final service costs lies with the client. The Chique Collective does not hold responsibility for the client not fully understanding the costs of the services the day of the service and at the time of the transaction.
Payment for services is to be paid in full at the time of service.

We do not allow any negotiations on pricing whatsoever. In an effort to protect the business and our employees, any refusal of payment at the time of service payment will be handled as an act of theft and The Chique Collective reserves the right to call the authorities to file a report. We strive to communicate clearly prior to this so that this scenario will never happen... as we always want to serve our guests with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Please ensure that you ask the total cost of services prior to receiving the service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, as a courtesy to our team we ask that you provide a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a service charge equal to the total amount of the service/s booked. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. 

This cancellation fee is not refundable and ensures that the service provider is compensated for the loss of income.

**If you should be feeling sick, have a fever, are exposed to anyone with COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

DO NOT "NO SHOW" YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE/S BOOKED.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service/s so that we don't run late for our next guest. We always try to be as understanding as possible. We also value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, there may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. However, The Chique Collective will do the very best to deliver the highest quality results in the shortened treatment time. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of the service is charged for these appointments. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.

Waitlist Policy

If our schedules are fully booked, you will be offered to be booked in the waitlist. If your requested time slot becomes available, you will be called to confirm and then booked. 

Requests

When booking through our Mindbody site, your appointment will go through as a request ONLY. Your appointment must be approved by one of our team members in order for it to be valid. For faster booking, be sure to add a mobile number and card number on your Mindbody profile so that you can be approved without delay. If any of the above information is missing, we will reach out to you in order to collect a mobile number and card information to hold the appointment. If you do not get back to us, via phone, texting service or email we will deny your appointment. You will also receive an email if you are denied. If you need to make any changes to your request, our texting service will not see your appointment so you will have to email us or ask the service to speak with someone, and we will get back to you once we have availability. Once approved you will receive an approval email.

Inclement Weather

There may be times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. Because we respect your safety and our staff’s safety, we will remove the consideration of our 24-hour cancellation fee. The Chique Collective will absolutely push to reschedule these canceled appointments as soon as possible. Please know that we never want to inconvenience anyone. If we are able to arrive in a safe and timely matter., we will do our best. If we need to close due to inclement weather or other emergencies, the team will contact each client once we get bearings on when we’ll be re-opening after any weather challenges or emergencies.

Monthly Memberships

A monthly membership requires a 3 month minimum commitment, inclusive of 3 automatic payments and is non-refundable.  After the 3 month commitment has been fulfilled, the membership will auto renew on a monthly basis or you have the option to freeze or cancel your membership 5 days prior to the next monthly auto-renewal. Salon Policy

We kindly ask that first time clients arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to fill out our new guest intake form and to get situated. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal articles while in the salon. Please wear the smock we provide for you during your services.  Spray tanning guests 18 years of age or younger must have parental consent to receive a spray tan.

Refund/Return Policy

Services – The Salon does not issue refunds on salon services for any reason once the services have been rendered and the client has left the salon without alerting the service provider that there is an issue with the result. However, we strive for full satisfaction of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to redo the service. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days so we may address these concerns, timely.

At that time, we will reschedule you with the same stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. The Chique Collective will gladly make any adjustments, at no extra cost to you, within 1 week of the original service. If you choose to go to another service provider, then there will be additional service fees charged for the new service provider. Each scenario will be assessed on a case by case basis if the circumstances fall outside of the normal considerations.

Salon Products – Our salon strives to choose the best products we feel to help you maintain your services, hair health, and style maintenance. If you feel unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 7 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange or salon credit for your next product purchase or services.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are used and opened after the 7 days. Our team will be happy to demonstrate and educate you on how to use any products we offer. We deeply appreciate your support of our small business and shopping small business within our community.
